A) Our HMS is secure, scalable and flexible software that is ideal for hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and diagnostic centres. Ashwa has been architected in a very flexible and adaptable manner to ensure seamless integration with healthcare facilities. The interface is designed to support IPD, OPD, Lab & Daycare for institutions of varying bed sizes.
2) Do we have a Pharmacy Management System?
A) Yes, we do have an independent pharmacy module that is available in Retail, Distributor and HMS Integrated deployment modes. This user friendly and secure software empowers the entire pharmacy fraternity by eliminating inefficiencies that crop up in medication in an accurate and efficient manner.
3) What are the deployment modes in which Ashwa can be availed?
Ashwa can be availed either in the On-premise mode or the Cloud mode. If you choose our On-premise model, it would be priced based on the number of licences required and the users involved. Additionally, you would be eligible for free technical support for the first year. From the second year, the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) must be signed.
Hardware Configurations Required for Server Based:
a. If the number of users is between 3 to 4, then a desktop-based solution is fine. This means you can get a i5 or i7 processor-based desktop with 16GB RAM, 64-bit processor, with Windows 11 (latest version, Professional / Ultimate), with Google Chrome as default browser.
b. If the number of users is between 8 – 10, then entry level HP ProLiant Xeon processor-based server with 32GB RAM with Windows Server 2014/2016/2019 is required.
In both the cases, you can have 500GB disk as minimum and SQL Server Express to start, which is free. Later, when the database is nearing 10GB size, then you can think of SQL SERVER.
In case, you choose our Cloud based model, the service would be offered through subscription plans that are available on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis (Note – The exact details can be obtained from our Sales Representative.
4) What are the benefits of SPIDS software?
A) This remarkably distinctive display software comes with an in-built Queue Management System that helps you streamline patient flow. SPIDS provides you an opportunity to convert your TV into a smart/Intelligent Information display System, wherein, you can completely control the content that is displayed in real time.
You can also decide the type of content (text, image, audio, video, internet links (Youtube, Live News Channels etc), specifying the time and date for the content to be displayed.
5) Does Ashwa Have an inbuilt EMR Module and ePrescription?
A) Yes, ePrescription is ingrained in Ashwa, whereas EMR is a separate module that can be integrated with our core Ashwa HMS software.
Our ePrescription Module empowers physicians and healthcare providers by disrupting the use of handwritten prescriptions that sometimes make patients vulnerable to medication errors. This in turn helps medical professionals to save time, reduce the use of resources, avoid flustering and improve the crucial aspect of patient safety.
On the other hand, our EMR software holistically showcases the case history of patients, syncing the diagnoses, medicines, treatment plans, immunization dates, allergies, radiology images, and lab and test results on a single platform.

A) Yes, you are eligible support free technical support for a time period of one year from the date of purchase. Count on us for support, Monday to Friday for 12 hours daily. We also provide conditional support on Saturdays and Sundays on a case to case basis.

A) Yes, we offer free training for a stipulated time frame, ensuring a seamless transition to Ashwa! In case you require additional training, the same will be provided to you at a very nominal price.
